Relevant Sales experience: Represented Mercedes of Honolulu in the acquisition of a 3.25 acre site for their Maui location, $5.2 million; 781/811 Kolu Street  a 26,403 sq. ft. commercial project in Wailuku Industrial Park, $3,150,000; Kihei Self Storage Center  a 110,000 gross square foot self storage facility, $10,750,000; Front Street  14,671 square feet of vacant land in Lahaina for a retail development, $1,800,000; Kapiolani Boulevard Consolidation  consolidation of 2 fragmented acres in Honolulu for the major owner of the neighborhood and subsequent sale to a developer, $5,000,000.

Relevant Leasing experience: Kukui Mall  exclusive project leasing of a 40,172 sq. ft. shopping center in Kihei for Sheridan Ing Partners; Dairy Center  exclusive project leasing of an 86,715 sq. ft. commercial mixed-use center in Kahului; Kihei Commercial Center - lease up and continued representation of a 76,000 sq. ft. industrial mixed-use project; Wakea Business Center - representation of one of the largest industrial mixed-use projects in Kahului at 145,000 sq. ft.; Honokowai Marketplace - lease up of a 71,500 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center; Hilo Hattie, Kihei  representation of the tenant, Hilo Hattie, on a 40-year ground lease for a 20,000 sq. ft. store; Mor-Rad Food Service  representation of the landlord on a 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse lease; and representation and consulting for Maui Clothing Company and Ed Wayne on all Hawaii locations.
