Education: Educated at University of Arizona.  BA in Finance.  Numerous courses in Management and Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Continuing education in all aspects of commercial real estate.

 

Professional Designations and Memberships: Awarded Prudential Fine Home Specialist designation because of recent Listing representation and Sales of three residential properties on Maui with combined market value of over five million dollars.  Properties were Upcountry, Kaanapali and Kahana, Maui.   Awarded 3rd quarter Prudential volume leader for Hawaii, 2006.

Relevant Sales Experience:  Chart House; Denny's; C& R Cantina; Serpico's; all on Maui Hawaii in the last 10 years.  Listed and sold Eha's Tavern, Wailuku, Maui within 5 months. Current listings for 21,000 square foot M-l industrial land in Wailuku, Maui.

 

Relevant Leasing Experience:  6,000 square foot Kahului space for DHL Hawaii; Leased

5,000 Build-to-suit pad at Crossroads Center, in Kailua-Kona for Denny's Restaurant; Leased End-cap shopping center restaurant space in Kahului for Denny's Restaurant; Represent Serpico's Italian Restaurant in Pukalani and other Maui locations. Represent The Water Store, Lahaina and Kahului in Oahu property search; Numerous commercial leases and lease listings throughout Maui County and the Big Island.

 

Resident of Maui since 1973.  The first 20 years in Lahaina, then moved to Pukalani.
