Education:  Educated at California Baptist College, UC Riverside and Redlands University and Maui Community College; received a BA in English and education; received Robert and Elizabeth Browning Award for Poetry at Redlands, Athlete/ Scholar Award and Who's Who in tennis, softball and academics; awarded Walt Disney Character with a heart for community service.

Personal: Married to Mario Cardone since 1975, and the mother of Michael and Terry Cardone.
